I have a website where I post my videos uploaded to RuTube, but there are always ads on them.
Is it possible to remove ads, or is it possible to get an affiliate program with a low number of views in order to get some of the money from this ad

No, you can't remove it.
Yes, what's the point of uploading to Rutube? At least to some extent, it has not looked like a competitor to YouTube for a long time.
