Can I register a domain without email?

Suppose I want to have a mailbox on my own domain like [email protected] and place it on a paid service, so that it is guaranteed without advertising and interference with my correspondence, with encryption - I am ready to pay money for this. I need to buy a domain. Domain registrars for communication and confirmation of all sorts of things require the obligatory presence of a valid mailbox. Accordingly, there is only one option - to use free mail such as mail, gmail, etc. with their bigdata. But that's exactly what I want to get away from! It turns out recursion. Is there a way to
1) register a domain without a valid e-mail
2) guaranteed to be able to manage this domain

  1. Register domain1 to an existing email in any available service.
  2. Raise your mail server on this domain.
  3. Register a domain2 through a mailbox on your domain.
  4. Move the mail server to a second domain.

Create an account with the registrar for free mail, and after registering the domain, change the E-mail account to the address with your domain.
But this is not recommended, because if the domain registration expires or is blocked, you will not be able to recover your account password. And if the domain later changes hands, it will also restore access to the account with data/money/history.

I think for many you can specify the mail address [email protected] - since it is used only for notifications and is not related to management. Try on nic.ru

In general, without mail - nothing, all the work of the DNS registrar is tied to the mail.
You need to set up your mail server on your computer, which you control yourself - this is the only way to store mail without interfering with correspondence. Because it's impossible to check that someone out there somewhere doesn't get into your mail and you have to rely on their word of honor :)
Set up mail on your own server and enjoy life.
