Can I refuse to buy a display sample?

I bought a phone in dns, when I bought it they brought it from a warehouse, a box in a film, everything is ok. But it turned out to be a marriage and most likely a replacement phone. But in this store there were only two devices: not in stock, and what is shown to everyone in the window. And, as I understand it, when I come to change the phone, they have no choice but to change it for me on that display case, and there will most likely not be a new delivery, because. The phone is quite expensive and the brand is not very popular. Is it possible to somehow refuse the showcase sample and demand that they bring the phone in a package from another dns store, since there are several of them in the city?

What can prevent you from refusing a product with broken packaging?

as far as I remember, the dns has such a scheme that first you have to take the thing to their center. where they will examine it and issue a verdict. either they will fix it or give you a piece of paper that you can get a new phone.
and with this piece of paper you can go to any of the dns departments and take the phone.

Any product is handed over by check to the store, while writing a free-form application with a request to issue a replacement due to the impossibility of living without this product.
Within the cost, you will be offered to choose a product - so take a display sample. Subsequently (within a month) you will be offered either money or a replacement. Submit your used sample and get a new one.
But if you go to the service center, then you won’t get any replacements except for the paperwork and it’s not a fact that they recognize the guarantee. A hostage in hand is a guarantee of success.
