Can I redirect the user to another IP address?
There is a domain, the registrar has a DNS record with IP from server No. 1.
Is it possible on server #1 to redirect this request to server #2 so that it responds to the same domain?

Yes you can, but the question has nothing to do with DNS.
The easiest way to do this is with nginx. Set proxy_pass to another domain in it.
You can also do NAT translation. If on the first linux server - then through iptables, if Windows Server - through RAS.
