Can I make one flash drive to install everything at once?

There is a 32 GB flash drive, I would like to make it an installation one for all occasions, I saw a couple of methods on the Internet, but the question of its total versatility did not completely remain, I understand that this or that usb method is not suitable for all motherboards, something Is it related to the uefi bios or not ...
Who can tell me how to make a straight mego flash or where to read about it?

Yes, you can. And it's very convenient. I use the MultiBoot USB utility for this - you can immediately throw boot images onto a USB flash drive and add them to the menu through a text config. There are nuances: in this way, some images do not start. Also, the size of the image is limited to about 2 gigabytes (it does not load DVD, I checked it) and for work you need an amount of RAM larger than the bootable disk (for loading the image and for software on this image). It is desirable to have a fast flash drive for reading - for quickly loading the image into memory. HP live from the image starts with a bang, Linux from the images resists and you can catch strange bugs, put the seven in live on the flash drive itself in a separate directory and registered the download in the config. Any acronyms, memtests and other small softins also run perfectly and work from the image.
