Can I make auto-payouts from my personal PayPal account?

Created a test PayPal Business account. Set up their API to accept payments and pay out to customers. In test mode, it works as it should, accepted the payment, if someone is receiving a payment, you can make a single or mass payment.
However, I noticed that for all this to work, I need to provide my company documents https://paypal-merchant.ru/, log in with the credentials for your PayPal account and provide additional information about your company. I don’t have a company, and it makes no sense to open it yet, so the question arose, will the acceptance of payments work, and mass payments if a Personal account is used? Will the current code work?



What are the input/transfer limits? What is the difference between accounts if you can use receiving and paying on a personal account?
