Will not work. As far as I remember, PayPal does not allow you to use a different name when adding a card.

I don’t know about you, but I calmly tied two of my cards to my wife’s battery.
The only thing that he does not allow to do is to put the correct CardHolder name, but it worked for me without it.

Yes. Name verification (cardholder name) is performed only in manual mode. Address Verification System works for US, UK and CA.

Is it really that hard to check? And it's much easier, probably, to ask PayPal technical support.
I think it should run. No wonder PayPal pre-check the card. If that doesn't work, then making another account isn't a problem, in my humble opinion.
