Can I get a refund on GoDaddy in-store credit?

The week before last, funds (1660r) were withdrawn from my card for auto-renewal of services that I did not know about, and since it was already late, I contacted support only on Monday at lunchtime, September 17th. They explained everything to me and said that the money would be returned within 3-5 banking days. 10 days have passed since that moment and I again contacted them in support, to which I was given an answer that they say all the money goes to the internal account "in-store credit". The question, as a matter of fact, is that how can I return my not so important, but still beloved pennies to my card and is it possible?
