Given: Jira Service Desk on one server, corporate portal (Bitrix) on another server.
Question: Is it possible, say, to create a form on a corporate website and, after filling it out and submitting it, start an incident/request in Jira Service Desk based on its data?

Can. From simple:
1. Zabatsat integration through Zapier, but you have to pay if there are a lot of requests
2. Sending json from the form to the JIRA REST API
is easier and free.
