Good afternoon! The task is this, From the fields of the issue, fill in the empty fields in the MS word template (let it be some kind of contract). After filling in the basic issue, a new one will be created in another project with this investment (contract). I implemented this by filling in the template and selecting fields from the 1C database, but in 1C the data is not always up-to-date and not all that is needed at all. So I want to try this way. Has anyone done something similar? Maybe there are plugins?

Good afternoon!
I was interested in your case, and on this issue I found a ready-made plugin that unloads fields depending on the configured template. Its name is "Easy PDF Word Issue Templates". It can upload both to docx file and to pdf.
And if by yourself, then you can send a file with fields to the mail via the API.
