How to download reports from Jira?

Perhaps someone can tell if this is possible and if possible, how to download reports from Jira by type "list of tasks" and "time period"? Those. so that it was some kind of table where the names of tasks and their statuses are written ...
Not found in standard reports, maybe. Is there a handy plugin?
