Can hosters disclose the IP and/or full name of the payer in case of an abuse from the copyright holders?

I have an anonymous domain, I bind it without hiding personal data to a hoster, let's say herzner or vultr. A site is hosted, the copyright holders of which are not happy. I don't care about the burdens and possible departure to another hoster. Interested in what they can ask the hoster about me? (in priority, physically the server is somewhere in Germany, you can transfer it to the Netherlands-France).
I'll make a reservation right away, the project is not commercial and without advertising ...
As I understand it, in the EXTREME case, the hoster will ask us to dump them, but will not disclose the Persian. data?(No porn, replicas, DDoS and other blackness. We are waiting for danger only from copyright holders. In the distant future, we may store the personal data of Russians abroad, the blocking is not terrible, I would like the uncles with bits to not come)

Well, it’s just that there’s no abuse, the health insurance will just cover you, the demand from the authorities will give out all the data

Um, a normal Hoster usually does not have to figure out who and what belongs there.
When asked to close something on the DMCA (regular email), the answer is sent that: "The hoster cannot act as a judge in this matter and figure out what, where, and whose - if you think that your rights are being violated - contact your local law enforcement agencies. "
And now, if an official request comes from the authorities of the country where the hoster is located, then yes, they can give out data, etc.

well, Duc DMCA removes from the hoster and hangs on the user, of course, they will give out
that Vultr, that Hetzner are vulnerable in this regard,
especially since adult is allowed in their countries, if you don’t post links to file sharing services, but copyright is a violation everywhere

I will answer from the standpoint of a hoster - we never and under no circumstances disclose the client's personal data, as this is a direct violation of the laws of almost any country in the world. The exception is a request from law enforcement agencies, to which any company is de jure obliged to respond. In the case of a DMCA type abuse, as you rightly noted, the client is politely asked to go look for another hosting site.

Well hosters at first approximation will be guided by their own policy. As a rule, they will not disclose you, of course.
BUT it is important to understand that the copyright holder will probably contact the hoster and will not contact for this. The hoster is affected by local laws and therefore the request will not be "give the full name of the dude", but "on the site XXX, which is located on your site, there are AAA materials, via the link BBB, which violate the law regarding the CCC" - these appeals and procedures are in generally worked out.
And you just shut down. Most likely with notification.
Full name will be searched only with an urgent desire. They wrote about Interpol above, but this is very unlikely. You are not the bird. They will apply to the Court with a claim and recognize the placement of information on the site as illegal. It's long and dreary, six months to a year. In the process, the hoster will be attracted as a third party and intercede for extradition from the Don .
But this - I repeat - only if there are personal motives. And I'm talking about the Russian Federation, if anything. I have no idea how it is in Canada.

You are strange.
If you want anonymity - why did you tell the hoster the data in the first place?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
