Can Graylog be configured in conjunction with ELK?

Is there any way to tie Graylog to the existing ELK infrastructure? The fact is that ELK Stack is up and running, a lot of time and effort has been spent on launching, creating configs, but I want adequate LDAP authorization and differentiation by users in the Web interface. There are no free plugins, Search Guard for LDAP is paid. Apparently, Graylog has just such functionality available, which is called "out of the box". I want to know if anyone has set it up just as a GUI for ElasticSearch, without configuring log collection, or if it's possible at all.
Here's something like this scheme of interest:

I don't want to spend time disassembling with Graylog in order to find out later that such a scheme is not viable :)

@leahch

It’s a little unclear who needs to make the restriction and where, to the kibana or to the elastic?
In any case, you can set the nginx proxy and resolve access through it - https://lyalyuev.info/2016/06/28/nginx-ldap-avtori...
