Ubuntu does not see the graylog-server package, how to fix it?

I'm trying to install Graylog on an Ubuntu 20.04 server
, I did everything according to the instructions
I got to installing Graylog

wget https://packages.graylog2.org/repo/packages/graylog-4.0-repository_latest.deb
sudo dpkg -i graylog-4.0-repository_latest.deb
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install graylog-server

After the last command, I get messages that the package was not found

@seeyoga

have you done apt-get update?
PS I checked on a new clean installation of Ubuntu 20.04 according to the official instructions - everything went like clockwork.
