It won't work on Windows Phone 8: I don't know of any projects that would allow you to run assemblies under this axis. For Windows 8, as for other Windows, you can simply create an assembly. The blender engine is suitable only for simple games, it is not easy to do complex things in it. Better take Unity 3D. It's pretty simple. Understands the Blender format.
