Can Binance block the accounts of users located in a country with military operations?

Not quite a profile question on the subject of the site, but still, maybe there are knowledgeable people, if there is a war in my country, how will this affect the Binance exchange? I could not find such data from them, maybe I searched badly ...

If some conditional America does not directly say “we prohibit companies that operate in X territory, because we have sanctions against them,” then Binance is unlikely to stop working in some region of its own free will.
Not sure, but according to this principle, Binance may well not work on the territory of North Korea, Iran, and in the Crimea (well, in several other countries)

Binance is unlikely to be affected by anyone's war, but in any war there are sides and there is politics, and for political reasons, it can do whatever it sees fit and, of course, will not report to anyone :)

The easiest and most correct way is to ask a question to Binance technical support with specifics: countries, possible threats, etc. More precisely than the exchange itself, no one can answer you.
