Law in IT
Jiestie, 2018-10-01 23:05:21

If you create a site with films like a movie or a guidonline of which there are a ton in Google, can the guardians of the law present anything?

If, for example, you host a site that somehow shows or restreams movies, do you need to authenticate something? or you can safely host movies? do i need to worry about this?
Where can you keep such hosting, like I heard that in America piracy is worse than in Russia? Shouldn't you create a website on a server in America? in what country can such a site with movies be hosted? or does it matter?

First you need a "bulletproof" domain.
How does it work and what is it for? - first of all, in order to close your site, the "right holders" will send complaints (ie, "abuses") to your domain registrar. To avoid this, register a domain, for example, with Chinese registrars, they are more loyal to this type of activity and there is a good chance that they will not respond to abuse at all.
The second risk factor is hosting. There are several options here - either use proxying from Cloudflare to hide the real location of the server or hosted in an "offshore zone".

In Trinidad and Tobago :)
Well, or anywhere, but not in:
- Pindosia
- the European Union
- the Russian Federation
Because on the issue of cinema and other entertainment - everything is noticeably stricter in Pindosia than in Russia - because this whole topic about copyright was brought up by Hollywood. Do you think torrent trackers just take the domains of different left zones just to have fun?

You approached the problem from the wrong side, look at the DOM to understand what is happening, but it should be the other way around.
The logic is something like this:
1. You know that you have 10 pictures
2. You have an index of the current picture
3. Clicking on the left / right arrows or on navigation points only changes this index
4. After changing the index, the application recalculates the shift coordinates, and assigns the element to which to add the active class
Well, there will be no repetition of the code in this situation.

Maybe you should try something else? Hide all divs with pictures, except for the first one, hide the visible div by clicking or timer with the "rollback" animation to the side, at the same time "show" the next one. In my opinion there will be less code)
