There is a collective blog in which the user can register and write posts. Is there some kind of standard User Agreement template that protects the site owner from possible problems that users of such a blog can create (moderation is minimal, because you can’t put a dedicated person on this)? Well, there are all sorts of appeals, kindling, slander and other indecency.
I would also like to understand who has the right under the law to demand the removal of materials, how does this scheme look from the point of view of the law?
