How to properly organize legal support for a project?

Task:
There is an Internet project.
Where users leave reviews and comments about organizations.
From time to time, organizations write with a request to remove a review or comment.
They promise to sue in a certain development of events.
As a result, I would like to organize legal support for the project:
- to draw up a certain user agreement
- to get advice on how to act in certain situations
Question:
It is not very clear which lawyers to contact, because. task is not quite standard.
In general, where can you find lawyers who understand Internet projects in order to deal with the above tasks?

And what is non-standard in the task? Any competent lawyer will sketch out a user agreement for you and advise you on possible lawsuits.
The approximate essence of the agreement is also simple - the resource, represented by its owners, provides its registered users with a platform where these users can ... blah blah blah ... leave reviews about ... blah blah blah.
Further, it would be nice to have points about obscene language and direct insults (extra possible claims in order to weed out).
Make the maximum (this is purely up to you) personalized registration and a form for writing a complaint-review. That is, it is better if there is more data about the person who left the review. Complaints are asked to enter, for example, the day and place of the organization visited. But this is more of a psychological part, not a legal one.
Also take all the social networks known to you, the platform blog and read read read their agreements. I am sure that after a long and necessary reading, you yourself can easily write your own using the creative copy-paste method.
As for specific lawsuits and what someone demands from you, you need to get acquainted with specific cases, so you can’t say offhand who is right and who is wrong.

The most reliable thing is to register a domain not in the ru (rf) zone using the domain privacy service, and also use foreign hosting.

In this case, we are talking primarily about liability for damage to business reputation, that is, the dissemination of information that does not correspond to reality. The author is responsible for the distribution of the relevant information, if it was not possible to identify the author, if we are talking about the Internet, the responsibility is borne by the person who created the technical conditions for the distribution of the relevant information, i.e. site owner. Thus, it is necessary to create a registration system on the corresponding site capable of identifying users and developing a detailed user agreement in which to prescribe in detail the responsibility for causing harm to honor, dignity and business reputation. In the event that the author who disseminated information is not subject to identification, the owner of the site will have to prove in court that that the information posted on its website is true. It should also be noted that if the website is registered as a mass media, then there are cases of exemption from liability for the offenses in question in accordance with Art. 57 of the Federal Law "On the Mass Media".
