Can Anki be synced between desktop and mobile?

I have Anki installed on my computer, to which I myself add words to learn. Can I install and synchronize on my phone with what I have on my computer?

Certainly. Register, and log in on your computer and mobile phone with one email.
This should be enough. When launched, anki will check the data on the cloud and the data on the current device, if the cloud is newer, then it will automatically load them. If you close the program, it uploads the data to the cloud. Therefore, when you work out, click on the "Synchronize" button or close the program yourself.
