Can an SSD fail without error indication when diagnosing?

There are 2 partitions on the ssd, one for Windows, the second for data. ssd kingston uv400 240gb.
Windows constantly flies, tried 10 pro and home, data and program files are damaged. The integrity of the files is constantly violated and they have to be downloaded again. Checked everything with antivirus. The strangest thing is that the diagnostics show that the ssd is completely healthy, everything is normal, the run is only 4 months. Checking the disk always shows that everything is ok. There are no bad sectors. The native utility from the manufacturer also recognizes the device and there are no complaints about the state.
Is the problem with the ssd or something else?

Yes maybe. SMART shows errors that it finds during self-diagnosis, and if it is excellent, this does not mean that the disk is working perfectly.

Far from the fact that there are problems with the disk. Have you checked the file system?
How exactly does Windows crash - what exactly is happening?
data and program files are corrupted
How did you define it, and what does it mean?

If a SATA device starts acting weird, the first thing to do is change the SATA cable, and then everything else.
If a laptop, then wipe the contacts on the disk.
If you are loading something else besides the system, then turn off fast startup in the power settings.
