Can an SSD be exchanged under warranty?

Good day.
Apparently, the SSD drive from Silicon Power went into trouble. Has anyone had any successful experience of dealing with guarantors in such cases? By what criteria are they accepted?

I have experience with samsung. the drive has lost a lot of space. I called the Samsung service phone, and did not go to the seller, because. the seller will do nothing else but contact the manufacturer or the supplier, who, in turn, will not do anything to the manufacturer, which means that we reduce the contact time in this way. after 10 minutes of waiting and finding out the warranty status of the product through the serial, a replacement for a new drive was offered. soap was received which had to be answered to confirm the appeal, etc. everything else is details. in general, after 6 days I had a new drive in my hands.
there shouldn't be any fundamental difference. I would be interested to know the result of your attempt from your manufacturer.
