Can a trademark override a domain?

Good afternoon, I have registered a domain, let's say domain. ru, but the trademark "domain" has already been registered with this name. Can my domain be taken away if I place services on my site that are not related to their trademark?

Theoretically, they can, if they prove that the site is used in bad faith, that is, it is registered for the purpose of resale. If there is content on the site, if it works, it will be more difficult to do it, if there is one and a half pages, it will be easier... Although it is easier for a large and thick brand to buy a domain, there is almost always a sum for which you will surely agree to give it up :)

Yes, there is such a possibility, there is no unambiguous legislation.

Brand priority. They will be able to squeeze through the court easily.
There are plenty of examples in the world when even conscientiously used domain names are squeezed out, which were registered even before the necessary trademark appeared.
