Adequate registrar ru, rf with a change of Administrator without a paper?

Tell the registrar exactly ru zones with paperless transfer of Admin rights.
So sane that the initial registration is carried out on my, and not on their data.
Not shy, so as not to demand to run to notaries and engage in crap (like Reg.ru) in the form of signature assurances. (Crooks should be caught by the relevant authorities and not by the registrar).
It is desirable that the confirmation of rights takes place in an easy mode, let's say replenishment of the account from your card of any (preferably Sberbank) bank. Or express payment such as Contact, Golden Crown, westernunion ...
So friendly that he could easily communicate through technical support, unlike 2domains, to which the rights were confirmed, and he about paperless transfer via mail "does not answer such questions."
Once again, I draw your attention, not the transfer of domains to another person, but to another person with a change of Administrator .

Believe me, if you want to use Russian domains, then apart from https://www.nic.ru/ you don’t even have to try to go to anyone, no matter how cute and fluffy they are, unlike the rucenter.
And yes, from a registrar who changes the owner of a domain without notarization - I would run to hell.

As far as I know, the requirements of the Ru-center are such that all transactions for ru/rf domains must be formalized. Those who provide "paperless change" use a crutch in the form of domain registration for themselves. So you have to choose one of the two.

Try uanic.name . They seem to have a simple and fast transfer.

If you want a simple verification "by card payment", then all your domains will be hijacked in 2 clicks. Registrars require a notary for your own protection - to make sure that it is the desire of the domain owner to re-register. It is more difficult to present evidence in court that "the registrar is not a deer" in case of confirmation of "by card payment" than to provide the original of a piece of paper certified by a notary.
But you can get the desired paperless paperwork from almost any registrar - by submitting such an application once (in person at the office or through a notary). And then re-register domains via SMS confirmation.
