Information about US citizens is somewhat outdated. EU citizens can too.
In general, as far as I remembered a week ago, Kickstarter was only going to go to the Russian market, but it still didn’t seem to have reached it. But then I ran into these guys (for the third time today I give a link to them, lol) :). They are quite Russian citizens and their company is in Moscow. And, there, they fundraise themselves on KS calmly ...
