The question is, is there a live PS3, is it possible to somehow connect it to a computer so that the emulator running on the computer calculates everything that it needs there, not with the help of the computer, but with the help of the console, but at the same time all sorts of emulator pieces remain, such as control settings through keyboard mouse?

No. PS 3 does not have any interface to connect to a computer.
Why use an emulator when you have a full-fledged console that you can play as intended?
The keyboard mouse can be connected via some external adapters
UPD1: Well, it’s possible in theory, but no emulator can do that, and it’s hard to get the console you need :)
