How to setup user login on Windows Server 2012 R2 VPS?
When rebooting a VPS on Windows Server 2012 R2, the system does not automatically start. When I log in via remote desktop, the system starts. How can I make the system start itself on reboot? Autorun is set for programs that are needed for uninterrupted operation, and in which case (for example, a reboot from the hoster's side), the system will not start

You are confusing operating system startup and user session. I guess you want the right user to be automatically logged in after the server is restarted.
Press the key combination "Win + R", write the command "control userpasswords2".
In the window that appears, uncheck "Users must enter a user name", click Apply. Then enter a username and password for automatic login.
