Can a failed RAID disk be reused?

One of the disks in the raid was marked as bad. The CD was purchased this year. If anyone has come across, tell me, is this a reason to apply for a warranty? And can a failed disk be reused if you take some measures or is it not worth it?

look at what it shows smart pass the mhdd reading test, and after this data you can understand what to do next here is an example of a topic I can’t figure out a problem with a PC?

The problem started in the system logs with this:
Then:
Hard Drive 2
Usage: Array member
Replaced the drive with a new one. After the rebuild, one more disk out of four failed ... Over the past month, there have already been 3 disks.
Oddly, Victoria didn't find anything suspicious.
Why might an entire disk be marked as bad?
