Good day to all. The question faced by novice bloggers and newbie webmasters. Responsibility and problems for articles translation from Russian into Ukrainian and vice versa?

If the original article is protected by copyright and is not in the public domain, then the author of the translation (derivative work) must obtain the consent of the copyright holder of the original work, otherwise publishing the translation will be a violation.
