Can a background iPhone app forward clicks to the active app?

The point is the following. Need to click to the center of the screen every 86ms (accuracy matters a lot). How can this be checked?
I thought I would connect to the phone from a computer, but this is only possible with hacked devices. There is no jailbreak for iOS 10 yet.

appium can do this, with accuracy there are good questions though.
