How to wrap a web application into a mobile application?

Hello
There is a developed adaptive web application.
It is necessary to develop mobile applications for it. But there is not much experience in the development of mobile phones.
There are some solutions that wrap it all into an application through an iframe.
But the interface elements with the file selection immediately stop working.
The back button on the phone immediately closes the application (should work out going back to the page).
