Can 2domains add a subdomain to my main domain?

It is clear that I can make a subdomain on the hosting side, but then the subdomain will be on the same hosting, but I need to link the subdomain to another hosting.
Here, is it possible to do this on the side of the registrar?

This is done where and only where your NS are.
It can be either a registrar, a hoster, or a completely third-party service, even Yandex (aka pdd.yandex.ru). The usual creation of A, AAAA, CNAME or whatever you need there.
The order is this: the registrar indicates where to look for NS, DNS tells where to look for a hoster. It can be one office, maybe three or even more.
