call definition?

Good morning!
A number is registered in the FreePBX telephony system. BUT the operators say before they did not receive a call from this number. True file weighs 1KB. Is it possible to determine the call to the operator was or not?

I understand the number is external, right? Connect to the PBX via ssh, enter asterisk -rvvv and you will see in the log whether the call went through or not.
