Cache reset error in drupal 6.25. In which direction to dig?

The site was transferred from the old server to the new one, ispmanager (Fastcgi(apache) php 5.3) is used, the site itself works without errors. Until you reset the cache through the admin panel (admin/settings/performance), after that the main site does not work, only the admin panel.
