The easiest option is to create a new user named Olya and work from under it.
Other options are more difficult.

Yes, but then most likely you will have to rake out glitches from other software installed on your computer. Well, if I forgot to specify something or you mess up somewhere, the account will stop working normally.
You need to:
1. Create a temporary account, log in under it, rename the folder from Olya to Olya ;
2. In the registry editor, find Olya's profile section in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList and edit ProfileImagePath in it .
3. In the registry editor in HKU, create a temporary partition and, through "File - Load hive", connect the registry file to it from the Olya folder, then search in the registry editor in this hiveC:\Users\olya and replace with the desired value.
4. Log in back to the old account, if everything is in order - delete the temporary one.

No, just create a new profile.
What for do you need it?
Use %userprofile%\AppData or just %appdata%
You can create Olya's symlink to Olya's folder.
mklink /d C:\Users\Olya %userprofile%
