Which edition and build of Win10 should I choose?

It's time to switch to new hardware and a new system. I have had Win7 Pro for more than 10 years, there were no problems with it, I did not even reinstall it once. Which edition of Windows 10 to choose to be just as stable? Pro or Enterprise? And which build number is best?
I mainly do C# development.

Take LTSB and only it... KMS activator to the rescue.
All other versions are buggy and with a bunch of garbage in the kit

Pro is enough, any build number will still be updated to the latest.

How much money is enough.
Pro costs around 10 sput. Ent some space money, and I'm not sure that such a publication is sold at retail.

LTSB assembly 1607 - on ebay the key costs about 500 rubles.
Why LTSB? - because it is the most stable system with cut whistles and metro applications. Updated only on business.
Why build exactly 1607? - assembly of 2016, not old and tested. 1511 is a little old, and the new LTSC is still an incomprehensible beast.
Why is the key on ebay? - because 1) it costs a penny there, but it activates and works, checked 2) LTSB cannot be bought by an ordinary person in a store - this version is not sold, only for large corporate clients.
