Bypass annoying GDPR windows?

Good afternoon everyone!
After the ill-fated GDPR was adopted, annoying windows on websites began to multiply like poisonous mushrooms. This is especially annoying when cookies are disabled, or cleared regularly.
It is not yet clear from which side to approach the solution of the problem. Maybe there is already a filter for Adblock, or a plugin for manipulating CSS?
Who uses what and how?
Thanks.

Through AdBlock (or rather uBlock) you can set up your own rules for each individual site.
I think in the near future Ghostery will learn to block (or automatically agree).
But the easiest way out is to leave cookies. Why clean them? They don't bother anyone.
