Inconsolata vs Rotandac. Font selection. Advise?

Rotandac

The choice is between two fonts. I consider them the most adequate for writing code. However, Inconsolata original does not have Cyrillic, which was the reason for looking for a replacement. Rotundac meets my requirements to the maximum. Neither PT Sans, nor Consolas, nor Consolas 10 or the like fit like Rotondac & Inconsolata.

Your choice is strange. Rotonda C is a display typeface. It is not suitable for large amounts of text, as it reads well only in headings and inscriptions.
As for the font for coding, I recommend Fira Mono from Mozilla
. If you limit yourself to your choice, then, of course, Inconsolata. By the way, Fira has Cyrillic, so it's up to you.

I'm not sure if Rotondac is a coding font at all (i.e. a font from the monospace family). Inconsolata looks much better. I also recommend trying Source Code Pro. And yes - PT Sans is not a programming font.

Coding fonts are always monospace fonts. My personal favorites: PragmataPro is my favorite, supports all possible locales, but it's paid, Consolas is a standard Windows monospace font. And some free ones: Droid Sans Mono, Monaco.
