ByFly (a Belarusian provider) is already an official partner of Firefox?

Why, when downloading the 4th version of firefox from the official site www.mozilla.com/ru/firefox/ , the download occurs from the ByFly server?

Is it the Mozilla server that transmits, or is the provider itself wedged in? Is it possible in this case to expect a Trojan from the KGB or the like?

Okay, but this should be managed by the Mozilla server.
Then they have an agreement with byfly.
To check, is ftp.byfly.by/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/4.0/win32/ru/ available to you ?
Then they still have to be able to determine exactly my provider in order to have access to the file.
