Decided to buy Yandex shares? )))
Turn to a broker, open a trading account with it, get a curve program like Forex and trade.
Only one problem. As far as I know, NASDAQ entry starts at $5,000.

What Yandex decided to buy?
In general, I use BCS, in my opinion it is the largest brokerage company in Russia.
global.bcs.ru/services/ I
buy shares only in rush, but they were also offered on international exchanges, but somehow all this was unnecessary.
The description says access to three exchanges, nice, nasdak and amex.

Directly - no, only through brokerage companies.

Most likely, you will have to register a JSC and obtain a license to conduct brokerage operations, something like this.

Sergey Golubitsky from Computerra is a rather controversial person, in my opinion. He has a school of Internet trading, the website of which describes in more or less detail how to buy and sell shares of Western companies. In open access. I don't remember the name of the site, something like internettrading.{com, net}, I think the exact name is easy to google.
DISCLAIMER: I have nothing to do with this school, moreover, I have never acquired any shares, I just wandered around the school's website out of pure curiosity.

I can advise the broker Finam. Account from $500, all world exchanges, FME platform, web interface.
More.
Install the demo version of the platform and see what is traded there. Quite convenient.

in fact, there are a lot of brokers, of course they are all in zone.com. For example, I once chose thinkorswim.com for the ease of registration, it was enough to send all the documents by fax. Well, their software is cross-platform (written in Java), I was interested in poppy and ubuntu. But then another office bought them, now I’m not sure about registration that everything will work out without sending real pieces of paper.
The minimum initial deposit to the account is basically 4-5k Baku, with such a deposit it will be quite risky to buy Yandex already at the current price, since the minimum lot is usually 100 shares (35 * 100 = 3500), which is very risky with a deposit of 5k.
for more or less comfortable trading, you need 10-20k. commission for buying and selling shares - $ 5, the peculiarity is that 5 for the purchase and 5 for the sale, a total of $ 10 for a complete transaction.
As for Finam, yes, it is possible through them, but the software is rather poor and only for Windows, although they even had a web interface for MMVB.
As for BCS - for international trading they have some kind of offshore organized there, when I was looking for an office, I decided that it was better to apply directly to a foreign company than to “ours”, it is not clear what laws work.
successful trading!

I have experience with BCS. Shares on the NASDAQ.
Everything works through a Cypriot intermediary company, but there will be no other way. Finam also.
The ROX terminal is terribly confused. In general, I am satisfied and the scheme is working.
Finam now has a scheme of work without an intermediary company, directly.
