What about the law on the self-employed? Are we working on equal terms with IP or what?
Is it worth it to come out of the shadows with your e-commerce and is there an opportunity today for one to legally work with acquiring systems and pay 4% and forget that you are doing something wrong?

The law on the self-employed will be effective from January 1, 2019 in four regions, as an experiment:
- Moscow
- Moscow region
- Kaluga region
- Tatarstan
Tax rates:
- 4% when sold to individuals
- 6% when sold to legal entities
Promise ten years of rate do not change. If it is successful, then introduce it throughout the country.
Insurance premiums, personal income tax is not paid. Cashier does not apply. Income and tax calculation through the application of the Federal Tax Service. Paying tax monthly
To services applies, so to services in IT too. Income - up to 2.4 million per year. Without employees
Trade, intermediary contracts and a number of other activities - not applicable.
This is in short.
So today only IP, and from the New Year it will be possible to register
The areas of activity allowed for the self-employed are limited.
IT and full-fledged trade are not included there.
at SP still insurance and honey. contributions are somewhere around 20k per year (in addition to 6% if you are on sleep). but if taxes are paid quarterly, then these contributions can be deducted from taxes (that is, the amount of taxes should be underestimated by the amount of insurance contributions). Experts correct me if I'm wrong.
As for acquiring, I don’t know who will connect it to you without a legal or IP bank account.
There is one problem with self-employment at the moment. Anyone can become self-employed. But in the Tax Code there is a restriction on income tax exemption for the self-employed by type of activity and e-commerce is not included there.
That is, you can become self-employed, but in addition to the self-employment tax, you will have to pay personal income tax.
With this law, not everything is as kosher as it might seem at first glance. And yes, trade has nothing to do with the law. Read somewhere here .
If there is some more or less stable turnover on which you can live for a month, then register an IP. If not, why bother with registrations at all, work with cash and that's it.
