Buying a photo from istockphoto.com. Which license to choose?

I need a photo in order to use it in the design of the site + promotional brochures. There are several types of license to choose from
Multi-Seat (unlimited)
Unlimited Reproduction / Print Runs
Items for Resale (limited run)
Electronic Items for Resale (unlimited run)
Extended Legal Guarantee covers up to $250,000
Which one is the best one to choose?
I read the fact www.istockphoto.com/help/licenses but did not understand anything.

They have a Standard License and an Extended License Set. What you listed (Multi-Seat, etc.) is exactly the extended licenses. All differences and limitations are indicated at the link provided. Look for "How does a Standard License compare to an Extended License?". In relation to your purposes, the standard license allows:
1) for the design of the site and other electronic publications, the size of the image should not exceed 1200 * 800 pixels;
2) for use in printed brochures, packages, etc. no more than 500 thousand pieces.
Extended licenses, in particular, allow an unlimited number of printed materials, the sale of various goods (t-shirts, bags), etc.
