I want to start selling business cards on zazzle, which registration option should I choose and why, Become a Designer or Become a Maker?

If you are selling a finished product , i.e. already printed business cards, then you are the creator ( maker ). If you only design for business cards, and they print themselves, then you are a designer .
PS In any case, the error is not critical and you can always re-register or ask the support to change roles. And at the bottom of each page there is a magic Help link and on that page it says

If the business card is a complete graphic product (or business card template), then "Become a Maker" would be the correct choice.
If it's just a drawing in Photoshop or a logo - then it's Art.
But, IMHO...
