Buying a key for Windows 8. Versions and builds?

Hello. I did not particularly follow the development of the eighth Windows, so several questions arose.
1. When was the last assembly of Windows created, which is currently sold by Microsoft? The fact is that the sale began on October 26, and the assemblies are in August. Are these the same builds, or is there a new one that Microsoft is selling now?
2. Those keys that are currently being sold on all sorts of leftist sites, are these new keys from Microsoft, or some kind of incomprehensible keys for 180 days? I ask because the guarantee for such keys is 6 months (180 days), and they are sold for a long time, and sales began recently, how is this explained?
3. Installed the PRO version on the virtual machine, in the shutdown mode there is no sleep and hibernation. Is it my Windows curve or what? No activation, build 9200.
Thanks in advance)

The presence of hibernation mode depends on the drivers, in particular on the video card driver. It's been since Vista. Apparently in the virtual machine, the Windows driver did not like it)

1. In August, it was provided to developers and msdn subscribers (this is RTM, yes = everything is OK).
3. You have something crooked. Sleep, at least, I see now in the menu before my eyes.

1. What kind of assemblies are we talking about? Which ones are on torrents?
2. What are we talking about? What are the sites? An example would.
