Buy remote machine?
I know that there is such a thing as webos, but this is of little interest to me for a simple reason - I cannot put any of my applications there.
The next question is whether there is a service that provides remote virtual machines for use. In principle, it does not matter what it will be virtualized on, the main thing is that it be a real operating system.
I would like Windows 7, but I will consider any options.

You are unlikely to get Win7.
The only option is your own server on the colo. But to find a server with a more or less adequate vidyuhi ... hmm ...
I can advise you to look for those who will take a PC on a mini ITX on a colo - among them there are those that Win7 will be installed on and will even work.
