Is it possible to connect via RDP to a client computer through an admin account in parallel without blocking the user's access to it?

Is it possible to do so? It would be nice to connect via RDP to the computer, and so that the user would work on his account, and I would work in my admin account, and everything in parallel. So can be done? If so, what versions of RDP, operating systems support this and what needs to be done for this?

windows server. Up to two sessions at the same time, then you need to run for licenses.
