But won't I get a soup from the PS for display: none?

Good (already) night.
The situation is something like this. A year ago we made a website for a client. Then the client moved him a little and began to receive his legitimate traffic from the PS. And now I want adaptive layout. First of all, for mobile phones. Tablets are on the side. Well, sit down and think. We moved the elements a bit and, apparently, 30-40% of the page from the user needs to be hidden if he logged in from the same iPhone.
But on the site texts. SEO texts. Which you need to hide, but it seems like you can’t. So I decided to ask those who did this, but will I get a bite from the PS for such tricks in adaptive layout?
Thanks in advance for your replies...

It is normal practice to remove unnecessary elements when adapting. I would make the texts collapsible when most of them are under the spoiler.
