Built-in Visual Studio alternative to Gulp?

The boss heard somewhere that there is an alternative to Gulp for automating processes. An alternative supposedly developed by Microsoft specifically for Visual Studio. I have not heard anything about such a product built into VS and have not found anything yet. Has anyone else experienced or worked with something like this? It's not about Grunt, Webpack. The automator sharpened under VS interests. At the moment, when building, we use Gulp. Perhaps the list of current tasks that we are solving with the help of Gulp will be able to suggest what kind of automator for the studio he was told about.
The main tasks that our Gulp does:

  • Minification of CSS, JS
  • File Concatenation
  • Generate unique final filenames to cancel caching

True, it is not clear how, in this case, without Gulp, create unique file names each time you build.
