A program for automating the shutdown of processes and programs, is there such a thing?

Good afternoon,
There is never a lot of RAM, so I would like to know if there is a program thanks to which you can close non-critical programs and processes for a while, and also restart them when you finish working with a memory-hungry program (games, video editing, etc.). )
Specifically, I would like the program to be organized as follows:
1. We enter non-critical programs and processes into a special list to be disabled.
2. When working or playing, we press the button, all programs and processes specified in the list are closed.
3. At the end of the work, click on another button - the button to restore the work of programs from the list.
4. We continue to work in the standard mode.
Thank you in advance for your help.
