Building a PC for trading?

I decided to assemble a PC because my laptop is already dying and is not able to withstand the load on two monitors.
There are options such as

Ryzen 3 2200g
MSI A320m PRO-VH plus
PSU for 400w
16gb ddr4 kingston 3200
And there are already two ssds for it
. but here you will need a video card

Or
I3-9100f
gigabyte h310m ds2
Gigabyte PCI-Ex GeForce GT 710 2gb ddr5
PSU on 400w
16gb ddr4 kingston 3200

Budget 300$ It is possible up to 400$ but then you have to take a worse monitor
Play games on it I'm not going to, only open chrome 2-4 tabs, an application with graphs and 4 tapes that send information every ms.

Such a PC should be enough for a maximum of 2 years

Perhaps you will advise something else, you don’t have to think about the possibility of an upgrade, since you have to take one of the top motherboards

Build with ryazan correctly assembled.
With opera - if you only browse - then 3200 is not needed. 16 GB is needed only if you use a lot of tabs (chrome eats a lot of opera for this). For a couple of tabs and 8GB is enough.
And look at the motherboard. There's only hdmi and vga - it may not work in the future.

An ordinary office PC, take it for AMD with a built-in card - 2200g or 2400g. And save on the video card, and AMD's upgradeability is not bad even for the cheapest cards.
Do you really need 16 gigs of RAM, and even 3200 MHz? For office needs, you can safely take the cheapest one.

What are you building a PC for?
On a budget, a simple PC, and games can pull some if the minimum settings.
You can save some money if you get a PSU a little lower than 300W.
2 ssd is cool, but it's better to have 1 ssd for the system, and hhd for storage.
For me, the best motherboard for AMD is the "GIGABYTE B450 S2H", which is quite cheap and performs better.
